For more than 30 years, Paul Brook has originated and executed complex transactions across Europe, Australasia and the Americas, serving in senior roles at Lehman Brothers’ Asia Special Situations Group, Nomura Holdings, Barclays Corporate Banking and National Australia Bank, advising principals including Chuck Feeney, AC, and Ron Clarke, AO, MBE, and later founding Brook Capital Partners, PanEuro Group and Deep Green Capital while leading private advisory mandates exceeding US$6 billion since 2011.

His career has been forged through the 1997–98 Asian Financial Crisis, the 2007–08 Global Financial Crisis, the 2009–2012 European Sovereign Debt Crisis, the 2015–2016 Chinese stock market crash and yuan devaluation, the 2020 COVID-19 flash crash, and now the 2026 Global Energy Crisis.
